Welcome to the Pegler House, A West Elma Street heritage home. In 1951 Percy Pegler and his wife Lizzie retired to this house, from their farm. Throughout his life, Percy took an active role in the community of Okotoks as a school board trustee, a long time volunteer and was considered a conservationist long before it became fashionable. In 1976 Percy Pegler Elementary School opened and was named in his honour. Fast forward to today and The Pegler House has been beautifully renovated with new windows, shingles, paint, cedar fence, patio and heated garage. The inside has been freshly painted, has new flooring, gas fireplace and updates throughout the entire home, while still embracing some of the original character details. The basement has been developed with a 3rd bedroom, ensuite and laundry area. You'll love the peaceful setting and views from the backyard, the quite street with no through roads and being just steps away from all amenities and Elma Street community events. Located on West Elma Street.
